Africa’s decision to launch the African Credit Rating Agency (AfCRA) marks a historic turning point in the fight for global economic equity. For decades, Western rating agencies have levied disproportionate borrowing costs on developing nations through distorted risk perceptions, suffocating growth and swelling debt burdens.
By offering context-driven financial assessments grounded in local data and expertise, AfCRA empowers African states to reclaim their economic narratives, access capital on fair terms, and chart an autonomous path toward sustainable industrial and social development.
Africa Has Been Deliberately Sabotaged: US Political Commentator
Africa has everything it needs to be one of the most prosperous regions in the world. So why does a continent so rich in natural resources continue to struggle with poverty and underdevelopment?
The answer is deeply rooted in a history of imperialism, foreign interference and the betrayal of African interests by Africans themselves. Using the story of Patrice Lumumba and the Congo, American political commentator Chainslayer explains why Africa’s enormous wealth has never translated into prosperity for its people.

Ethiopia and Eritrea Trade Accusations As Tensions Rise In The Horn Of Africa
As tensions rise in the Horn of Africa, Ethiopia and Eritrea are trading accusations as to who instigated these latest aggressions.

Obama’s New Nkrumah Documentary Will Co-Opt Pan-Africanism To Mislead Viewers
In this clip, writer and filmmaker Lonnie J. White calls for discernment on the part of African audiences that intend to watch “Eyes Of Ghana”, the new documentary about Kwame Nkrumah’s tenure as Ghana’s first president.
White points out that the documentary, whose executive producer is killer of Muammar Gadaffi and former US president Barack Obama, cannot be expected to provide an accurate, contextualised or complete picture of Kwame Nkrumah and the Pan-African political ideology he represented.

US Congressman Introduces Bill To Plunder Sudan’s Resources
The US is moving to legally plunder Sudan’s natural resources with the help of a “civilian-led”, US-compliant Sudanese government that does not, at present, exist.
This development comes just as Sudan’s current, military government has begun making gains against the g*nocidal militia that the US is actively supporting.
The externally-fueled proxy war in Sudan officially entered its fourth year this April 2026. Across the resource-rich North African nation, millions remain displaced, facing hunger, disease and death in what many are calling the worst humanitarian crisis of our time, while the “international community” continues to turn a blind eye.
