Can The U.S.-Funded AI Propaganda Machine Target Africa?
The Intercept recently broke the story on an AI-generated “news outlet” targeting Spanish-speaking people in the Americas.

Tanzania Is Our Strait Of Hormuz - Dr Maponga to Tanzanian Journalists
At the screening of *What Happened on October 29*, Dr. Maponga had a direct message for Tanzanian journalists: Stand with the truth.
African Journalism cannot afford to be lazy or driven by external narratives. If claims are being made about Tanzania, Tanzanian journalists must be the ones asking the hardest questions, verifying the facts, and telling the world what is really happening on the ground.
Dr. Maponga challenged journalists to look beyond party politics and understand Tanzania’s strategic place in regional and global power struggles. Tanzania sits at the center of trade routes, ports, railways, minerals, and competing global interests.
So when violence, instability, and misinformation spread, journalists must ask: who benefits? Who pays the price? And whose future is being destroyed?

Niger Thwarts Second Att*ck On Its Niamey International Airport
France’s desperation to regain control of its three wealthiest former West African colonies continues to know no bounds. In the latest futile attempt, made on June 18, 2026, French-backed, Al-Q*eda-linked t*rrorists att*cked Niger’s Diori Hamani International Airport, for the second time in over twice as many months.
The attack was swiftly thwarted by the Nigerien Armed Forces (FAN), leaving the country free to continue on its path to total political and economic sovereignty, as a member of the Alliance of Sahel States (AES).
Meanwhile, France continues to economically crumble under the weight of its continued humiliation in Africa.
