A classic case of an external, predatory power attempting to control the narrative of a sovereign nation whose resources it covets.

White-supremacists have long deployed the IQ to justify human rights violations against Africans, indigenous peoples, the intellectually disabled, migrants and others. Further, many have questioned the accuracy of IQ and argue it skews depending on environmental factors.
